2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF TICKETS
2.1 For Credit Card Sales: Webtickets acts strictly as an Agent for the promoter of the event to which the ticket purchased applies and/or for the goods or service which are to be supplied or rendered against presentation of the ticket.
2.2 For EFT, Cash, Direct deposit sales or Complementary Tickets: Webtickets only provides/leases the software to the promoter or agent of the promoter for the sale and distribution of tickets and does not as an Agent, nor does it accept funds from the sale and distribution of tickets. Accordingly, any all refunds will solely be on the onus of the event organiser with no recourse, whatever the circumstances, to Webtickets.
2.3 Webtickets shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any loss of whatsoever nature which may be suffered as a result of the cancellation or postponement of an event.
2.4 Only the promoter can consent to the cancellation, return or exchange of any tickets in which event Webtickets will act under the express direction of the promoter. No Webtickets employee or agent is entitled to agree to or allow the cancellation, return or exchange of any tickets without the express consent of the promoter first being obtained. Should the promoter consent to cancellation and return of tickets; tickets acquired and paid by either EFT, Cash, Direct deposit sales will be returned by the promoter or agent of the promoter. Under no circumstances will Webtickets be responsible for the return and exchange of tickets.
2.5 Neither Webtickets nor the promoters of any event for which tickets are sold by Webtickets will be liable in respect of any fraudulent, copies or other reproductions of tickets that are presented at the venue of an event.
2.6 The promoter reserves the right of admission to any event in respect of which Webtickets may provide the service of selling and distribution of tickets and further reserves the right to alter the program or the seating arrangements at the event. Under no circumstances will Webtickets be liable in any matter whatsoever for the promoter's negligence or circumstances that have arisen due to the promoters actions.
2.7 Webtickets makes no representations whatsoever relating to the quality or capacity of any venue, or the quality of any event, goods or services for which tickets are sold.
3. DISCLAIMER FOR LIABILITY
3.1 Webtickets shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained on this website.
